Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a great way of enjoying the Indian Ocean on a low-wind day in Diani Beach. This activity challenges your upper body strength and balance at the same time. You can either choose to kneel or stand up on the board, propelling yourself forward using a long paddle.
Move around the lagoon during a low tide and you will be amazed by the beauty of the crystal-clear water. On a lucky day, you might spot a turtle or a pod of dolphins in the distance.
Board rentals include the board, leash, paddle & reef shoes, if required.
Costs: 15$/hr or 25$/3hrs (half day).
Intro Class
In case you would like a few tips and tricks on how exactly stand-up paddling works, you can also take our one-hour Introductory Class. Our instructor will teach you how to balance on the board, the correct stance, different paddle techniques and how to change direction.
The costs are 35$ p.p. for 1:1 tuition and include the equipment and instruction.
